"Negresa" cake

I put butter, milk and sugar in a pan. I put the pan on the fire and left it until they melted and homogenized.

I added cocoa and rum essence. I stirred again and left on the fire for another 2-3 minutes. It does not have to boil, just make everything homogeneous and the sugar well melted.

From this composition I took 12-13 tablespoons and put them in a bowl.

I left the remaining composition to cool, then I put the yolks in it and mixed well.

I beat the egg whites well with a pinch of salt and I added them as well.

This was followed by flour and baking powder. The mixture should have the consistency of a cake at the end.

I lined a round shape with baking paper, put the dough and put it in the oven. It must be preheated, and the fire left on stage 2, ie small to medium.

In the first 10-15 minutes it is ideal not to open the oven.

In about 40 minutes the countertop is ready, but it also depends on your oven. Do a test with the toothpick for safety.

I took the top out of the mold and put it on a large plate.

I heated the mixture of butter, milk, cocoa and sugar in the bowl for a few minutes. When it started to boil, I put chopped hazelnut chocolate in it in smaller pieces.

When the icing is homogeneous and still hot, we can put it over the counter. It drains a little on the edges so we need a big plate :)

If you want, you can syrup the top a little with a burnt sugar syrup, but for me the icing was enough and it went quite well in the top :)

The chocolate hazelnuts will remain on top of the cake after icing. If you don't like it, use a chocolate without hazelnuts, we also like to have something crunchy to chew together with the blackberry: P

Black cake with white roses

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Rub the yolks with the sugar then add the oil gradually.
Then add water, and the composition will become quite liquid, do not worry!

After you put the water, beat the mixer for approx. 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and add them to the yolks little by little. It will now be a slightly swirling composition. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and then mix with a spoon, from top to bottom (not with the mixer!), Until it becomes homogeneous.
Grease a tray and pour the composite into it.
Bake at 175-180 degrees C, approx. 30 minutes.

When the countertop is ready, let it cool. I cut the countertop in 3.

I put the first countertop underneath in the round tray, the second one I lined the walls and the last one I put the lid on. I will also put pictures with details.

Soak the gelatin. Mix the yolks, sugar, flour and vanilla a little with the mixer, then put it on the fire and mix quickly until it thickens.

Add the vanilla stick or the vanilla finesse sachet. Incorporate the gradually swollen gelatin and mix.
Let it cool a bit, then add the whipped cream, then follow the fruit and mix.

I filled the form with cream and then I put it in the fridge one night, the next morning it was very strong, after which I decorated the cake.

Black keto in the pan

You don't need an oven, neither classic nor microwave, to be able to enjoy a soft, chocolate-flavored cake, ready in a maximum of half an hour. You need a higher pan, with a thick bottom and walls, and a non-stick surface.

  • 3 eggs
  • 70-100 g Green Sugar
  • 50 ml melted coconut oil
  • tastes
  • 100 ml sweet and sour cream
  • 120 g of almond flour
  • 20 g cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • butter to grease the pan

Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sweetener until it melts. Add the coconut oil, cream and spices, beat a little more. Separately mix the dry ingredients and combine with the liquid composition. A not very thick dough should come out.

A pan with higher walls (I used a pot with a diameter of about 20 cm and walls about 7 cm high) is greased with butter and pour the dough. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put the lid on. If you have a lid that closes tightly, there is no need for foil. Put the pan on the lowest heat you have. After 20 minutes, do the toothpick test. The blackberry should stick evenly over the entire surface and return when pressed lightly with your finger. If necessary, leave a little more, checking every few minutes. When ready, turn off the heat and leave a little more under the lid, then remove on a grill for complete cooling.

It can be served with whipped cream, ice cream, berries, sugar-free jam, or plain, it's great anyway! It is also suitable for a cake.

Black Cake

I don't know if you've seen girls, but I'm a permanent client of Pocai's "Black" Topic. A good cake and very easy to make.
So far we have made about 5 combinations, one of them being the cake for our sons, Laur and Gabi

Thank you very much.

in order for the tall cake to come out, I made 2 portions of blackberry, that is, 2 countertops.

1 or
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup hot milk
2 dogs flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
3 tablespoons dulceatza (I put 3 tablespoons of cherry dulceatza but Poca recommends the jam. I wanted the dense composition to come out)
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 almond essence

600-800 grams of chocolate (depending on how thick it is)
150 grams of ground hazelnuts
1.2 kg fresh
whipped cream hardener (5 sachets)

200 grams of chocolate
100 grams Palmin (coconut butter)

Start the night before and melt the chocolate for the cream on a steam bath, then when it's ready, add the whipped cream. Leave the mixture to cool until the next day.

Rub the egg with the sugar, warm milk, oil, jam. Then add flour, baking soda, cocoa tablespoons and almond essence.

I put the composition in the shape of a 28 cm cake (greased and lined with flour) and baked it for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then repeat the operation on countertop 2.

here is the top (I put a lot of flour in the form, I had something to scrape later)

Because the cake was going to be tall, much taller than the shape, I embedded an installation, that is, I lined the shape with thick A3 sheets.

Black Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a cake pan and line with baking paper.

2. To make the blackberry, melt the butter and chocolate together in a heat-resistant bowl placed over a pot of boiling water, making sure that the surface of the water does not touch the bowl. Add sugar, stirring until smooth
dissolves completely. Remove the pan from the heat, then add the egg yolks.

4. In a clean bowl, beat the 5 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Incorporate a few tablespoons of beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture, add the rest. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray, then bake for 40 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, make the meringue. In a large bowl, mix the 4 egg whites, adding powdered sugar, gradually. Add the vanilla essence. Cocoa and corn are sifted, then incorporated into meringue.

6. Remove the blackberry from the oven, then cover the top with meringue. Leave it in the oven for another 25 minutes or until the meringue forms a crust on top, but the center is still soft. Allow to cool in the pan. Serve hot.

Black chocolate cake with homemade chocolate

Dear friends, December has started, the only good opportunity to prepare cakes, because the occasions are: St. Nicholas, Christmas, New Year's Eve and many, many New Year's Eve.

I prepared the above cake for my birthday, but it was very well received by everyone (who came to taste it).

In fact, it is made very simple: we prepare a blackberry countertop (you will find the network on the blog, it is a blackberry recipe with prunes). After the blackberry was ready, I let it cool. I then prepared a portion of homemade chocolate, harder - respectively I made the water and sugar syrup a little thicker, which I then spread in a layer over the blackberry. I put a few finely chopped candied cherries over the chocolate, but it is not mandatory to use cherries. You can replace them with candied orange or pineapple.

The blackberry cake with bananas is a recipe that must be part of the menu of a special occasion spent in the family. To prepare this cake we must separate the egg whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with the sugar then add the oil gradually, forming a "sweet" mayonnaise. Then water is added, and the cake composition will become quite liquid, but don't be alarmed! After you put the water, beat the mixer for approx. 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and add them to the yolks, little by little. It will now be a slightly swirling composition. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and then mix with a spoon, from top to bottom (not with the mixer!), Until it becomes homogeneous. Grease a large tray with butter, and pour, leveling nicely on top. Bake at 175-180 degrees C, approx. 30 minutes. When the countertop is ready, allow it to cool.

The special taste of this cake is given by the pastry cream

To prepare the custard we proceed as follows:

Put the milk to boil, the flavors and half the amount of sugar. The vanilla bean is also added, but before that it is unwrapped for a long time and the seeds are scraped and added as well - for a better flavor and fragrance. Separately mix the other half of the sugar with the flour and yolks. When the milk boils, set it aside (strain it) and add a pinch of warm milk to the mixture, mix well, combining everything and put it back to the boil. As soon as it cools, set it aside to cool. Over the cream put on the counter, add a layer of bananas and put in the fridge. Glaze and decorate.

The first steps in the kitchen

After a few days, maybe even weeks of absence, I decided to come back in force. Being very busy lately, I didn't even have time to go on the internet but to post recipes on the blog. but now that the wedding and christening season is over (at least for us) I can resume my quiet work. Although I have many recipes waiting, in the following I will propose 2 simple but very tasty recipes that I cooked with
the occasion of my husband's birthday, in fact being his favorites.
For a start, I will start with Negresa. I want to mention that I have the recipe in my grandmother's book, because although I tried several recipes, all this seems to me the best.
Here's what we need to get a good, fluffy black woman:

4 large eggs (if smaller lay 5)
200 g butter or margarine
250 ml milk
400 gr sugar
400 gr flour
1 baking powder
essence (I put vanilla but the rum works great)
finely chopped walnut (50-100 gr)
cocoa (20-30 gr)
coconut for decoration (optional)

Now that we have established the ingredients, let's get to work. First we put the milk, sugar, butter and cocoa in a pan together with the essence. We put them all on low heat and leave them there until the composition becomes homogeneous, and the sugar and butter melt. From the resulting composition we stop 15 tablespoons (with which we will glaze the cake at the end), and let the rest of the composition cool completely.

After the composition has cooled, separate the eggs and add one by one the yolks, mixing well after each to incorporate
perfect. Then add the beaten egg whites with a powder of salt. And at the end, add the flour in the rain, mixed with baking powder.

Homogenize the composition well so that it does not remain lumpy. Grease a tray with oil and line it with flour, pour the composition into the tray, add the walnuts on top and give everything
in the oven preheated to the right heat.

It is ready when it passes the toothpick test, but on average it takes about 25-30 minutes.
After it is done, we take it out of the oven and while it is still hot we pour over the icing that we stopped before, then
powder with coconut (optional). Let cool and cut into whatever shapes we want.

Here is the end result, no better to serve:

It is not in vain that she is preferred by her husband. It is really very good, fluffy and easy to make :)
I sincerely hope you like it as much as we like it and try it :)

The black top is made for the first time. The exact quantities in the recipe are observed, the countertop can be rectangular or round, as desired. Click the picture for the recipe.

The blackberry top is left to cool, to be perfectly cold. Place on a plate and grease very well, with a thick layer of jam, on top and on the sides. You can use any kind of jam, I have now used apricots.

Extra tips from Ms. Bradea:

-can be cut into 2 slices, but be very careful, the top is extremely fragile and can break. It doesn't need syrup, it's a damp countertop.

-in the middle you can spread it with jam and sprinkle walnuts, so you will use about 300 g of jam and 250 g of walnuts.

-if you have fresh cherries or compote, you can put them in the middle, and the taste will be & hellipwow!

-don't forget the secret ingredient: sprinkle abundantly with love and with 2-3 smiles.

Sprinkle with ground walnuts, lightly fried before. Place a generous layer on top and on the sides and press lightly with your palm to press.

The decoration is made according to imagination and desire: I put a few halves of walnut, I wanted something simple & # 128578

Let it cool for a few hours, then cut it and enjoy it with a lot of appetite! Does it still make sense to tell you how good it is? If you have cherry jam, let the cake be sour, do you realize what a madness of goodness it can be?

That's what it looks like in the section. Say you won't let your mouth water and don't try the recipe today! I tell you honestly that I would not wait, I guarantee that you will not sleep at night, you will only stay with the thought of such a wonder & # 128578
