Beat the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the yolks one by one and the flour mixed with starch. Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes. After baking, pour over a damp towel.

Beat the whipped cream with the mixer. Melt the chocolate on a steam bath. When it is completely melted, pour it thinly over the whipped cream, mixing continuously. Once the cream is prepared, spread it on the whole surface of rolling sheets and roll it with a towel.
