Method of preparation:

I tried to make the caramel 3 times, because I didn't know what the final result should look like.
What ingredients do you need for 4 servings of carrot food:
- 300-400 grams of pork or chicken
- an onion
- 60-80 ml of sunflower oil
- 500-600 grams carrots (about 5-6 medium carrots)
- 25 grams of flour (one tablespoon)
- 100 ml sour cream
- 30 gr sugar cough
- 50-100 ml of tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon salt.
And now let's start preparing the carrot food. In a saucepan cook in 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil finely chopped onion and diced meat 2-3 cm, until the meat coagulates and becomes whitish. Add & frac12 teaspoon of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of water and let the meat simmer until very soft (about 45 minutes should be enough). While the meat is boiling, peel the carrots, cut them into 4-5 cm pieces and cut these pieces into sticks half a centimeter thick. Put the pot back on the fire, and let it boil, stirring constantly, until all the sugar lumps come off. Add this sauce over the carrots and meat, stirring gently. Put 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce in the food and let the food boil a few times, in order to thicken the sauce. After it has cooled a little, add the cream diluted with a little cold water and a few tablespoons of sauce, and if necessary, add a little more salt. The carrot dish goes wonderfully served with a few green or dried parsley leaves, as well as with finely chopped celery leaves.
